What are you excited for this year in STRIPES? What are you excited about for the position that you are in? What is one goal you want to accomplish this year (regarding your position or in general for STRIPES)?
I am excited to meet all the new members, and see all the returning in the spring! My one goal is to make STRIPES feel as welcoming and inclusive as I possibly can. My position allows me to get know a larger number of our members, so I hope to make all I come across feel important and cared for as I possibly can.
