I think students should join STRIPES because it’s one of the best experiences that you will have in college. You get to meet a lot of great people and make a lot of friends while also making the Mizzou community safer. The importance of STRIPES cannot be overstated and the organization does a lot of really important work. However, when you’re volunteering, it doesn’t feel like work because it’s such a fun time. It also provides great opportunities for leadership and makes your resume look great.
